Fully equipped 2-4 bedroom oceanfront, bayfront and residential homes/condos, centuries-old to traditional. All houses have fully furnished kitchens with microwaves, coffeemakers and toasters, plus a TV/VCR and phones. Bed linens and towels supplied for maximum occupancy.

All houses are NON-SMOKING and owners have requested no RVs.
Some houses permit pets with responsible owners and prior approval from management.
Two night minimum stay. During special events/major holidays, additional nights' stay may be required.

Rate Information

Low season rates are effective for October 1st - May 25th.
High season rates are effective for May 26th (Memorial Day Weekend)- September 30th. (Except Holidays and Special Events)
Prices are listed on the individual information pages for each house. All prices listed are per night.
One night's rent deposit required to hold reservation. If deposit is not received 5 days after making reservation - your reservation will be considered cancelled.
90% of deposit will be refunded if cancellation is received 30 days prior to rental.
If less than 30 days prior to rental, 90% will be refunded if unit is re-rented.
Damage deposit of $100 required.
